Attorney Profiles:

William F. Lynn, Esq.
Thomas F. Shannon, Esq.
Walter F. Benson, Esq.

Patricia Lynn-Ford joined the Lynn Law Firm in 1989, after four years of private practice with two large law firms in New York City, where she handled commercial and insurance defense litigation. She is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law (J.D. 1985) and the College of Holy Cross (B.A. cum laude 1982).

Since joining the firm, she has handled a wide variety of complex and technical cases, including product liability, personal injury, contract disputes, accounting malpractice, unfair trade practice and other civil litigation matters. She has extensive trial, as well as appellate experience in the First, Second, Third and Fourth Judicial Departments of New York State. She has been a frequent lecturer on trial practice topics for the New York State Bar Association. In 2003, she was inducted as a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.

Mrs. Ford truly enjoys the challenge of her diverse practice, both in terms of the legal issues and clients that the various different cases present. She joined the firm because of its commitment to excellence, and has since developed exacting and thorough case preparation strategies. Her philosophy is to always remember the client, his or her needs, goals and motivations, in order to successfully resolve a case. In addition to traditional civil court trial by jury, Mrs. Ford has also resolved many cases through mediation and binding arbitration, with substantial settlements and awards.
