Patricia A. Lynn-Ford joined the Lynn Law Firm in 1989, after four years of private practice experience with two large law firms in New York City, where she handled commercial and insurance defense litigation.
Since joining the firm, she handles complex and technical cases involving products liability, personal injury, contract disputes, and other civil litigation matters.
Ms. Lynn-Ford loves a challenge. She has been responsible for unique and successful litigation strategies. This is made possible by a thorough knowledge of the law, as well as careful attention to the facts of each case. More importantly, she has the knowledge and experience to assess and advise of the likelihood of success.
Ms. Lynn-Ford is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law (J.D. 1985) and the College of Holy Cross (B.A. cum laude 1982). She has extensive trial and appellate experience in the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Judicial Departments of New York State. In 2003, she was inducted as a fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers. She has been a frequent lecturer on trial practice topics for the New York State Bar Association. She is a member of the New York Super Lawyers Registry.
Ms. Lynn-Ford truly enjoys her diverse practice for the challenging legal issues and personal relationships she develops with her clients. In addition to traditional civil court trial by jury, Ms. Lynn-Ford has also resolved many cases through mediation and binding arbitration, obtaining substantial settlements and awards.
