William F. Lynn, EsqWilliam F. Lynn, Esq.

Phone: 315.474.1267

Since the beginning of his legal career in 1960, William F. Lynn has built a well-deserved reputation as one of the most respected trial attorneys in New York State.

Mr. Lynn has handled virtually every type of civil and criminal case and now exclusively represents plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. He has been responsible for some of the highest damages awards in courts throughout New York State.

The Lynn Law Firm reflects Mr. Lynn's dedication to the personal injury client. He has declined to represent insurance companies to avoid even the appearance of a conflict of interest. He does not believe any injured person seeking full and fair compensation for injuries and damages would be well represented by a law firm that also represents the interests of an insurance company. He advocates thorough case preparation as the surest path to case resolution by settlement or verdict. He is well known as a master of negotiation.

Mr. Lynn has been listed in the 1983 Harvard study, the Best Lawyers in America, and he was elected a fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers in 1981. He has also been included in the New York Super Lawyers Registry. He has been a frequent guest lecturer for the New York State Bar Association, Syracuse University Law School, the Onondaga County Bar Association, and the Upstate New York Trial Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in both New York and Florida. He is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law (J.D. 1960) and College of the Holy Cross (B.A. 1957).

Ms. Lynn-Ford loves a challenge. She has been responsible for unique and successful litigation strategies. More importantly, she has the knowledge and experience to assess and advise of the likelihood of success.

Ms. Lynn-Ford is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law (J.D. 1985) and the College of Holy Cross (B.A. cum laude 1982).
